Esta es una reseña de lo que sucedía en mi casa mientras veíamos la Inauguración de las Olimpiadas. Para una detallada noticia del evento, es mejor leer en otro lado.
A: Is it raining there?
R: No
A: How come it is raining here and not there?
R: Because it is in the other half of the world.
Un rato despues…
A: Is it day there?
R: No
A: How come it is morning here?
R: Because it is in the other half of the world!!
A: Why didn’t you tell me that before? (???)
…Mientras tratábamos de entender el orden -no alfabético- que seguía el desfile de las naciones (nunca lo entendimos, estaba en chino, ja!):
R: Kazakhstan! El país que sigue es Pakistan.
Yo: Mmm, ¿si? ¿Por que?
R: Porque ahora están con los –stan.
Yo: Ahhh
Al ver a tanta gente desfilar A pregunto -Is that an army of people?
Y finalmente, antes de irse a jugar dijo -This is taking longer than me turning six!

Aquí la pregunta constante era "¿ya lo van a prender?" (refiriéndose al pebetero)
Cuando dijeron que faltaban cuarenta países para que desfilara México, entonces decidí meter una carga de ropa a lavar!!
